Ayala Thoran/Tuna Fry




This on is a special dish out of fish. The best fish you can use for this recipee is Ayala. For places where this ayala fish is not available can use canned tuna fish for the same recipee.

Ingredients
  1. Ayala /Tuna fish
  2. Onion-2
  3. ginger-small piece
  4. garlic-8 cloves
  5. curry leaves
  6. Green chilly-2
  7. red chilly-1/2 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
  9. Coriander powder-1 tsp
  10. Garam masala- 1/4 tsp
  11. Greated coconut-one hand bowl
  12. Salt
  13. Oil
  14. mustard seeds
Method of preparation

Cook fish with some salt. Dont put the complete salt in this . Because while we are frying onion we have to add remaining salt. Keep the cooked fish aside.

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds when it pops up add onion,curry leaves and green chilly .Fry it well. Once it turns gold in color add ginger garlic paste. stir it well . Add all masala powders and remaining salt. Add cooked fish without bone and mix it properly. Switch off the gas. Add greated coconut.
