Vegetable Fried Rice

 

               Fried rice is a chinese dish which is liked by all age group. U can prepare it very easily.There are many varieties of fried rice. Here is the recipe of vegetable fried rice.
 Serves for 4 people.






  Ingredients


  1. Basmati rice - 2 cups
  2. Onion- 2 medium
  3. Vegetables(Carrot, Beans, Capsicum)    
  4. Green chillies -4 
  5. Ginger  -1 small piece
  6. garlic -    5 cloves
  7. Soya sauce - 11/2 tsp
  8. Chilly sauce- 1 tsp
  9. Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
  10. Garam masala-1 tsp
  11. oil
  12. salt

Method of preparation

Step 1:
       Clean basmati rice and vegetables.
step 2: 
        Take a pan and heat oil add chopped onion and saute it. Add basmati rice and fry for a while.  Add 4 cups of water and cook the rice.
Step 3:
         Take a pan heat oil add chopped ginger,garlic and green chillies. fry it . Add chopped vegetables in that and fry it till it gets cooked. Add salt, pepper powder, garam masala and stir it well. Add soya sauce, chilly sauce and mix it well. 
         Mix this with the cooked oil. and serve hot .
